We are looking for a Customer Experience Lead to join our Customer Management Centre, providing exceptional customer service for complex and sensitive customer issues. The role involves managing customer issues, improving delivery of Capital Infrastructure schemes, and collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate customer impact.
Requirements
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel knowledge in regards pivot tables and basic formulas
- Self-motivation and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Strong networking and influencing skills with an ability to challenge and negotiate
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
