Account Manager, Creator Marketing

Role Overview

The Account Manager, Creator Marketing at Zeno will be a key player on our growing Creator team, working closely under senior leadership to run best-in-class influencer campaigns.

What You Will Do

Manage day-to-day execution — from sourcing and negotiating with creators to delivering high-impact programs that move the needle for clients.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in creator/influencer marketing (agency, platform, or brand side)
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence managing contracts and deliverables
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and creator culture (Instagram, TikTok, especially)
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with real-time problem-solving
• Data-minded with an eye for campaign performance and optimization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
