ZigZag is looking for an Outbound Sales Team Lead to join our team! The role is responsible for managing a Philippines-based outbound sales team focused on converting pre-qualified strategic leads into active marketplace sellers.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in outbound sales or inside sales
- 2+ years experience leading or supervising a sales team
- Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline
- Experience running structured outbound acquisition programs
- Excellent coaching and performance management capability
- Comfortable operating in a high-volume sales environment
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or SaaS is highly desirable
