We are seeking a Commercial Sales Operations Specialist to streamline commercial sales systems and enhance the team’s experience. The role focuses on supporting new programs for sales growth, demanding attention to detail, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements
- Work with a broad set of key stakeholders to support & maintain innovative sales and technical sales enablement programs & systems.
- Handling various operational and administrative tasks, including sales events and program planning, order audit tracking, compensation and commission related questions, new hire onboarding, and changes in personnel and system/application oversight.
- Prior experience and understanding of project management and the PM process to oversee special programs or initiatives, track daily, weekly, and monthly progress, provide status of key deliverables and overall results.
- Act as a conduit and liaison between multiple constituents that have a need to access information and overcome obstacles in the sales order channel.
