Data Analyst (f/m/x) for Product and Process Development

We are tackling global plastic pollution – and you will be part of the solution! As Data Analyst (f/m/x) for Product and Process Development, you will contribute to our bold mission: replacing plastic at scale and building a climate-neutral, circular materials industry.

Requirements

  • University degree in data science, engineering, physics, chemistry, material science, or a comparable field with strong analytical focus.
  • Solid experience (3+ years) in technical data analysis, preferably in product development, process engineering, or quality environments.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with hands-on experience in data handling tools (e.g. Python, SQL, Power BI, or comparable platforms).
  • Ability to interpret correlations between material structures, processing conditions, and product performance.
  • Familiarity with laboratory or production data workflows and experiment planning.
  • Experience managing structured technical data platforms or databases.
  • Experience or strong interest in building data structures, technical documentation and AI-ready data foundations.
  • Team-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a curiosity for sustainable material innovations.
