Role Overview

The Director – GTM & Growth Operations will work closely with the leadership team across Growth, Product, Sales, Operations, and Technology to drive business performance and execution. This role requires a highly adaptable operator who can own cross-functional initiatives, solve business problems, improve operational efficiency, and scale growth levers across the customer lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Drive cross-functional initiatives, establish tracking mechanisms, and execute GTM strategies for growth initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to translate GTM plans into high impact acquisition campaigns and conversion-focused journeys.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience across Growth, GTM, Business Operations, Product, Revenue Operations, or Performance Marketing in high-growth environments
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institution
  • Strong understanding of acquisition channels including Google and Meta ecosystems
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
