Marketing Operations & Traffic Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Operations & Traffic Manager is responsible for coordinating the flow of work across the marketing and creative teams, ensuring projects are resourced, prioritised, and delivered effectively.

What You Will Do

The role combines day-to-day traffic management with operational support, reporting, workflow governance, and process improvement to enable efficient delivery of creative and marketing work.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in traffic management, resource management, project coordination, or creative operations.
• Strong understanding of workflow management within a creative, marketing, agency, or in-house team environment.
• Experience managing competing priorities and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience using project and workflow management platforms such as monday.com, Asana, Jira, Workfront, or similar.
• Ability to interpret operational data and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, delivery excellence, and customer experience.
