Data Analyst III

Role Overview

Data Analyst III ensures effective business and operational decisions at AAA Life Insurance by transforming data into actionable insights. This role involves extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide valuable recommendations that drive marketing strategies and decision-making.

What You Will Do

Lead and develop automated reports and ad hoc analyses, utilize statistical techniques and data analysis tools, collaborate with marketing teams, develop and implement data governance and quality assurance processes, create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, lead and develop key performance indicators, conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses, and mentor junior data analysts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a related technical field, a minimum of five years’ experience working as a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role, extensive experience in data analysis tools and programming languages, and proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or related technical field
• A minimum of five years’ experience working as a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role
• Extensive experience in data analysis tools and programming languages (i.e., Python, R, SQL)
• Ability to create and interpret reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms (i.e., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and experience with A/B testing and hypothesis testing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
