Role Overview
We are searching for a Business Development Coordinator who is passionate about helping others and building meaningful professional relationships. This role has a clear growth path into Field Manager as the business scales.
What You Will Do
Conduct 50 outbound professional calls per week, schedule and complete 5 in-person meetings per week, attend at least 1 networking event per week, deliver professional introduction packets, track KPI metrics using structured performance model, support field sales events when needed.
