Project Manager, Marketing Operations Material Review

The Project Manager, Marketing Operations Material Review facilitates the management of Advertising & Promotional materials as they pertain to the U.S. Commercial MRP (Material Review Process).

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Project Management
  • Some understanding of Veeva or review systems
  • Some experience working with print and digital formats
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Science, Education, Communication or related
  • Understanding of the MLR process and associated policies and systems
  • Pharmaceutical industry knowledge
  • Knowledge and prior experience in marketing, and communication or advertising agency experience
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Veeva PromoMats
  • Proficient project management skills, demonstrating the ability to balance competing priorities
  • Ability to forecast, prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Capable of making informed, data-driven decisions under tight deadlines
  • Competent in data, analytics, and measurement
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well with others
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and comply with business needs, policies, and guidelines
  • Experienced at identifying, applying, and socializing lessons learned
