Role Overview

Cloudbeds is looking for a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to join our Revenue Intelligence team. The team sits at the heart of our Cloudbeds Signals AI platform, connecting hospitality data, pricing science, and hotel operations into a coherent whole.

What You Will Do

Manage a high-performing, agile software team in a rapidly growing, global organization. Conduct regular code reviews, foster a collaborative team environment, and set performance expectations for team members.

7+ years of backend development experience, 2+ years of experience managing remote, international backend engineers, and 1+ years of experience driving AI Coding strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend development experience (e.g. C# or Java)
• 2 + years of experience managing remote, international backend engineers
• 1+ years of experience driving AI Coding strategies
• BS or MS in computer science or a related technical field
