Role Overview
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer (RevOps) to build a HubSpot workflow, wire up an n8n automation, and prompt Claude to draft a competitive analysis. You’ll be the strategic bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Service, making sure our revenue engine runs as one machine.
What You Will Do
You’ll own the tech stack that powers our go-to-market, build and maintain a reporting infrastructure, implement and optimize AI-driven tools, and ensure clean data flows across the customer journey.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You’ll be the first dedicated GTM Engineer (RevOps) at Chainels, reporting directly to the CEO and COO. You’ll shape the systems, processes, and playbooks from the ground up, and work with a team of 15 spanning Marketing, Sales, and Service.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, or marketing/sales operations within B2B SaaS
- Deep technical proficiency with HubSpot: workflows, custom objects, reporting, API integrations
- Practical experience with automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Comfortable using AI tools in your daily work (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)
- Systems thinker: you anticipate downstream impacts and design for scalability
- Data-fluent: comfortable in spreadsheets, APIs, and analytics platforms
- Strong communicator who translates between technical teams and commercial leadership effortlessly
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
