Role Overview

Drive recurring revenue, lead commercial transformation, and shape the future of our SaaS business. Lead the Renewals function and drive strategic initiatives across pricing, CRM, CPQ, billing, and commercial operations.

What You Will Do

Lead the Renewals team, drive forecasting, pipeline management, pricing governance, and commercial execution to protect and grow recurring revenue. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to improve renewal performance and reduce revenue leakage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Renewals, Customer Success Operations, or similar SaaS/subscription commercial roles
  • Solid experience leading renewals or commercial operations in a SaaS-based business
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, pricing, pipeline management, CRM, and commercial governance
  • Experience with Salesforce and commercial systems such as CPQ, ERP, billing, or similar platforms
