Role Overview

The Director Sales Operations will lead the TAA Revenue Operations team, focusing on go-to-market execution and revenue growth through planning, alignment, and inspection. This role is responsible for GTM Governance (QBR, Forecast, Account Review, and Planning).

What You Will Do

Develop a quantified view of the market opportunity, drive account and opportunity reviews, orchestrate sales planning and territory management, generate insights through advanced analytics, and establish effective analysis of trends and performance.

Requirements

  • Dynamic leader experience in building strong relationships with Sales for execution improvement
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • 12-15 years of progressive experience in operations or sales strategy with prior sales experience an added plus
  • Strong executive presence, business partnership and presentation skills
  • Solid financial/analytical background with an operationally mindset
  • Demonstrated history of managing data inputs to raise the quality of decision making
  • Experience building a dispersed Strategy or Revenue Operations organization that continually improves delivery to field sales
