Role Overview
The Manager, Innovation Enablement – UK & Ireland is responsible for translating enterprise technology and innovation solutions into scaled, value-generating outcomes across the UK & Ireland business. This role serves as a critical bridge between centralized Product, Technology, and Innovation teams and regional UK&I leadership and operations.
What You Will Do
Lead the regional implementation and scaling of enterprise technology and innovation solutions across UK & Ireland, identify solution gaps, and partner with central innovation and product teams to design, pilot, and validate new solutions.

Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in technology enablement, innovation, product operations, consulting, or digital transformation roles
- Proven experience implementing and scaling enterprise solutions in complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong change management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience working closely with product, engineering, or innovation teams without being a hands-on developer
- Ability to operate independently and drive execution in a regional, field-facing role
