Role Overview
Design, deliver, and measure sales training programs to build skills, knowledge, and behaviors for the sales organization. The ideal candidate blends instructional design expertise, strategic thinking, and sales acumen.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include instructional design, course development, classroom and facilitation, sales methodology and tools training, and measurement and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Coursework or certification in Sales or Sales Methodology (e.g., Challenger Sales Methodology, Prescriptive Sales Methodology, Solution Selling, GAP Selling, or a similar recognized consultative selling certification) preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree/certifications
