Role Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst will be the first point of contact for revenue-facing employees across EMEA and APJ, onboarding new hires, owning key reporting initiatives, and spotting manual, repeatable work worth automating. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone energized by variety and problem-solving.
What You Will Do
The Analyst will serve as the SOPS point of contact for new hires, conduct AE walkthroughs, assign territories, evolve reporting frameworks, and maintain onboarding checklists. They will also own key Field Operations initiatives, such as new hire ramp and tenured AE reporting, SPIFF tracking, and data hygiene scorecards.
