Role Overview
As a Global HR Partner, you will partner directly with executive leaders to shape talent, organization, performance, and workforce decisions that enable growth, productivity, and long-term capability building. You will lead workforce planning aligned to growth, margin improvement, and go-to-market transformation, and partner with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to drive capacity, productivity, and cost trade-offs.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the people agenda for Americas GTM transformation and global RevOps maturity, improving efficiency, predictability, and execution discipline while supporting growth, and building leadership pipelines for critical commercial and RevOps roles.

Requirements
- 10–15+ years in HR, including senior HR Partner / HR leadership roles in global, matrixed environments
- Experience with commercial or revenue-driven organizations, ideally Sales, GTM, or RevOps
- Strong workforce planning, organization design, transformation, and leadership development expertise
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
- Business and financial acumen, with a clear link between talent decisions and performance outcomes
