The Officer Business Development supports business development initiatives to generate leads into revenue opportunities, working closely with the Business Development Manager to identify prospects, engage clients, and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
Requirements
- Identify and support new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Conduct cold calls, phone calls, meetings, and client interactions to generate leads and explore business opportunities.
- Represent the organization at events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized client solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Prepare business development statistics, project status reports, and periodic management reports.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology enhancements within the department.
- Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance technical and business skills.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
