Role Overview

The Sales Operations Officer is responsible for day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts. They perform sales support functions to provide high-level service and customer satisfaction while maintaining corporate operational processes and procedures. The officer serves as a liaison between internal resources, vendor resources, and customers, demonstrating a proactive approach and sense of urgency.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of the Sales Operations Officer include order processing, customer service, and backlog management. They will process routine customer orders accurately and timely, resolve discrepancies, and enter sales orders into the Arrow ERP system. They will also respond to customer requests, document product returns or maintenance cancellations, and maintain control of the open backlog of orders and service requests.

They will work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision, identifying problems and making sound decisions.
