Role Overview
Manage account relationships, day-to-day sales activities, and provide service and support to customers. Work with internal and external resources to facilitate quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting customer requirements.
What You Will Do
Own Quote to Order Processes, coordinate resources, and work with management to set pricing. Provide proactive notification to customers of changes to delivery status and maintain Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity.
Why It Might Be a Fit
1 year of experience in similar roles, advanced English skills, and intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required. Power BI, Oracle/ERP, and hybrid work arrangement are optional.

- 1 year of experience in similar roles (Sales Support, purchasing, customer support)
- Advanced English skills (Conversation and written)
- Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel
