Revenue Operations Specialist

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Finance, Pricing, Product Marketing, and Data, with a strong focus on revenue intelligence and performance optimization across the customer base. The position involves deep analytical work to identify risks and growth opportunities, and transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support scalable revenue growth.

What You Will Do

Analyze recurring revenue performance, identify financial risks and growth opportunities, build and maintain dashboards and forecasting models, and extract and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar analytical roles focused on recurring revenue models
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics such as MRR, ARR, ACV, churn, expansion, contraction, NRR, and GRR
• Experience working with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, including reporting, dashboards, and data extraction
• Solid analytical skills with experience using SQL and advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to translate complex data sets into clear insights and actionable business recommendations
• Familiarity with cohort analysis, forecasting models, and revenue performance tracking across customer segments
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills with a proactive, insight-driven mindset
