Customer Growth Strategy Consultant

Role Overview

As a growth strategist, problem solver, storyteller, and hands-on operator, you will help clients answer hard growth questions, structure complex business problems, and turn customer, market, competitive, and commercial insight into clear recommendations.

What You Will Do

You will support delivery of customer growth strategy engagements, including growth diagnostics, growth acceleration sprints, opportunity assessments, business cases, and transformation value realization work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, innovation, startups, venture-building, corporate strategy, or a related field
• Strong ability to work with ambiguity and structure complex business problems
• Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to turn analysis into clear, compelling executive narratives
• Strong AI adoption and comfort using GenAI tools to improve productivity, quality, and ways of working
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to anticipate issues, identify risks, and propose practical solutions
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• Strong curiosity about customer behavior, market shifts, innovation, AI, and emerging business models
