Defense Infrastructure Manager – GTM and Delivery

Role Overview

As a manager in the Defense team, you will take on a dual role of Go-to-Market and Delivery: You will develop our business in the military infrastructure area strategically and steer the successful implementation of complex infrastructure programs.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for the strategic development and expansion of our portfolio for military infrastructure in the German market, and take on the professional and commercial responsibility for complex new and renovation projects in the field of military infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience in consulting or industry with a focus on defense, public safety, or critical infrastructure
• Completed degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrable experience in winning and implementing complex projects in the public sector or defense environment
• Knowledge of the structures, procurement processes, and decision-making logic in the defense and security environment or comparable organizations
• In-depth knowledge of security-relevant infrastructure (e.g. real estate, energy, mobility, communication, or security)
• Experience in leading project teams and in commercial responsibility
• Strategic thinking and a sovereign appearance towards military and civilian decision-makers
• Confident communication in German (at least C1) and English
• Willingness to undergo a security check
