Sales Operations Analyst

Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Sales Operations Resale Support team, helping Accenture Technology Resale Team with administrative support related to the Resale of Technology Hardware, Software, Maintenance and Licenses Renewals. You will manage the end-to-end process, from quoting to invoicing, and be responsible for managing the pipeline of resale opportunities in Salesforce (MMS).

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, creating Accenture offers, dealing with administrative support, and mediating the entire process to successfully resolve client requests.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or comparable coursework/experience
• English language fluency (oral and written)
• A minimum of 1 or more years of experience doing similar work
• Business Basic Finance education
• Understanding of the Accenture sales process
• Experience working remotely in a virtual, global environment
