Role Overview
This role sits at the core of revenue visibility and operational excellence within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will own and evolve the systems, reporting, and processes that power go-to-market performance across Sales, Finance, and Customer Success.
What You Will Do
Act as the primary Salesforce and CPQ administrator, manage revenue operations dashboards, build and deliver executive reporting, and support weekly revenue and growth reviews.

Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or related GTM systems roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Active Salesforce Administrator Certification required
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, quoting processes, and revenue operations workflows
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level dashboards, ARR reporting, and revenue performance analytics
- Experience working closely with executive stakeholders such as CFO, CRO, or VP-level leadership
- Familiarity with GTM tech stacks such as Marketo, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical systems and data clearly to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of systems, and drive execution end-to-end
