Role Overview
Manage key customer accounts, oversee supply chain process, and work with teams to handle supply requests and ensure smooth order delivery.
What You Will Do
Work closely with customers and supply teams to improve demand forecast accuracy, align customers and internal teams with business goals, and manage revenue.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Strong communication in English (minimum B2 grade) plus Japanese proficiency
- Teamwork abilities
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience in managing stakeholders and interacting directly with customers
- Capable of quickly understanding issues and driving solutions
- Experienced in operating SAP/ similar MRP systems
