SEO/GEO/AEO Strategy Senior Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an SEO/GEO/AEO Strategy Senior Manager to lead enterprise search and AI-discovery transformation programs. The ideal candidate should bring deep expertise across technical SEO, content and authority strategy, search analytics, and emerging GEO/AEO practices.

The role requires the ability to advise senior client stakeholders, shape operating models and measurement frameworks, lead multidisciplinary teams, and translate evolving search behavior into scalable growth strategies.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in enterprise SEO strategy, technical SEO, content optimization and organic growth
• Strong understanding of GEO/AEO concepts, AI-driven discovery, LLM visibility, citations and emerging answer-engine measurement practices
• Hands-on familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs and related search intelligence platforms
• Strong ability to define executive-level measurement frameworks, operating models and transformation roadmaps
• Demonstrated capability in senior client advisory, stakeholder management, team leadership and business development
