Role Overview
The Legal Counsel – Artificial Intelligence & Data is a permanent and full-time Associate Manager role to support the Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data business within Accenture Technology. The successful candidate will possess strong legal expertise in technology-related matters, including software, SaaS and emerging AI solutions, and will work closely with business, legal and asset teams to support the development, assessment and commercialization of AI & Data offerings.
What You Will Do
Support the Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data business team within Accenture Technology by conducting assessments of new services, products and offerings, and provide product counsel support as solutions are prepared for market launch.

Requirements
- Graduate Law Degree (JD) or equivalent legal qualification
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm environment
- Experience advising on software, technology and AI-related legal matters
- Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating technology-related contracts
- Familiarity with emerging AI technologies, data-driven products and digital business models
