Senior Technical Enablement Manager

Role Overview

Design and scale enablement programs to elevate technical capability across solutions consultants, sales, and post-sales teams. Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM to ensure field teams can confidently position, design, and deliver Achievers solutions.

Build on-ramp and continuous learning experiences, create technical playbooks and certifications, and drive field readiness through strategic programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, Solutions Engineering, technical account management, or equivalent customer-facing technical roles
• Demonstrated ability to design and launch training programs, certifications, or onboarding curricula at scale
• Experience working directly with technical field teams and understanding their day-to-day challenges and skill gaps
• Strong program management and project execution skills with proven ability to own outcomes independently
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable influencing peers and leadership across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Sales
• Clear communication and ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, role-appropriate learning experiences
• Comfort with data and metrics; ability to measure program effectiveness and iterate based on feedback
