Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for configuring and maintaining custom objects, fields, page layouts, and security settings. They will also test and validate new features, enhancements, and system changes before deployment. The role requires a highly customized Salesforce environment and unique business processes.

What You Will Do

The Salesforce Administrator will manage performance scorecard processes, extract data from Salesforce, and support Power BI reporting and dashboard publication. They will also create user documentation, training materials, and job aids, and deliver training sessions as needed.
