We are seeking a Senior Captive Account Manager to manage a portfolio of captive insurance companies, lead financial and regulatory oversight, and serve as trusted advisors to clients. This role is ideal for an experienced captive professional with strong technical accounting expertise and client management skills.

Requirements

  • Manage a portfolio of captive insurance companies as primary client contact
  • Oversee monthly and annual close, financial statements, and regulatory filings
  • Ensure compliance with domicile requirements and statutory reporting
  • Coordinate audits, actuarial reviews, tax, and investment reporting
  • Monitor cash management, capital, collateral, and trust accounts
  • Partner with clients, regulators, brokers, actuaries, and auditors
  • Mentor and review work of account managers and accounting staff
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and improve processes
