Backend Team Executive – Sales Operations & MIS

Role Overview

The Backend Team Executive supervises the CRM operations team to ensure effective management of CRM systems related to offer creation, project management on SAP, pricing adjustments, and coordination with finance for cash flow information.

What You Will Do

Oversee daily operations of the Backend CRM team, provide guidance and support to team members, conduct training sessions, lead creation and management of offers within the CRM system, and collaborate with finance and sales teams.
