Data Scientist, Lab & Protein Data

Role Overview

You’ll build out the data science layer of Adaptyv’s foundry, turning raw experimental readouts into clean, trustworthy, structured data. This role sits at the intersection of data quality, bioinformatics, and dataset building.

What You Will Do

Own the scientific logic of data quality, build anomaly detection and QC models, work with software and ML teams to specify and improve data pipelines, connect experimental results to protein data, and turn foundry output into structured datasets.
