Business Development Manager – ADIB@Work (Outsource)

Role Overview

Manage existing and identify potential corporate relationships, and offer them the ADIB@WORK program. Key accountabilities include identifying business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key personnel, and developing cross-selling opportunities.

What You Will Do

Identify corporates and business opportunities, scope ADIB@WORK business potential, and ensure proper closure of leads and resolution of complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field
• 6 years’ experience in retail banking – front line Business Development preferred
