Role Overview

Join the India Shared Services Finance team as a Financial Analyst 2, partnering with Finance co-ordinates to support timely input of forecast data. Develop and maintain frameworks for quarterly & annual budgets, drive consolidation of in-quarter outlook forecast, analyze and report on financial data, and provide recommendations to management.

What You Will Do

Prepare reporting for annual/quarterly budgets and weekly/monthly forecasts, leverage Power BI/Tableau/AI tool to create and maintain centralized and common reporting and analytical solutions, drive continual process improvements, and collaborate with finance controllers/consolidators.

6+ years of FP&A experience required, strong analytical and accounting skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, and willingness and ability to quickly master new tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
  • Basic proficiency in AI
  • 6+ years of FP&A (or related) experience
  • Strong analytical and accounting skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good follow-through capabilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in Tableau and Anaplan preferred
