Responsible for driving the growth of the Global IoTMart e-commerce platform, enabling regional sales teams to adopt digital sales strategies, promoting O2O/OMO initiatives, and achieving measurable KPI targets. Key tasks would be regional O2O strategy enablement, franchise model implementation for market expansion, and sales related initiatives like Global IoTMart sales inquiry management and data-driven sales optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3–5 years in Business Development, Product Marketing, Digital Sales Transformation or related fields.
- Sales Enablement & Strategy Execution
- Presentation & Communication (including slide design and storytelling)
- Cross-Department Collaboration & Project Management
