VP Strategy and Growth EFD

Role Overview

Join AdventHealth as a VP Strategy and Growth EFD, leading overall Divisional growth strategy development and execution, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do

Develop and lead revenue generation and strategic growth initiatives, identify and pursue potential capital projects, provider affiliations, and partnerships, and drive accountability to strategic plan through monthly Strategy syncs and quarterly Division Growth Council meeting.

• Deft ability to navigate complex dynamics and political environments to understand motivations and align key stakeholders around strategic priorities and gain appropriate support
• In-depth knowledge of strategic health service market research and site placement strategies
• Knowledge of federal and state health care laws and regulations, including federal and state anti-kickback statutes, the Stark Law, and HIPAA
• Exceptional people management, leadership skills, and the capacity to relate to people in a manner that earns confidence and establishes support
• Strategic vision and conceptual thinking
• Education: Master’s Degree in Business, Health Services Administration, Public Health, or related field OR equivalent experience in healthcare strategy, business development, or management consulting
• Work Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in a leadership position, Minimum of ten (10) years in healthcare, business development, or project management
