Role Overview

The Director of Marketing & Communications will drive marketing and communication initiatives in support of Adventist Health’s mission and community. The role involves implementing, monitoring, and evaluating effective marketing and communication strategies to support overall organizational marketing and communication objectives.

What You Will Do

The Director will plan, develop, and implement marketing and communication strategies, both external and internal, to grow volume and revenue. They will also supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned personnel.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have seven years of marketing and communications experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, and five years of leadership experience. They will be responsible for understanding key marketing and communication performance metrics and analytics to show campaign results and return on investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
  • Seven years’ marketing and communications experience
  • Five years’ leadership experience
  • Five years’ experience in a healthcare setting
