Marketing Analyst

Role Overview

As a Marketing Analyst, you’ll help understand what’s working by turning campaign and funnel data into clear reporting and recommendations. You’ll own our dashboards, reports, and campaign analyses, and partner with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards, pulling and analyzing data, running pre- and post-campaign analyses, setting up and analyzing A/B tests, and preparing recurring performance readouts.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or a related role
• strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
• experience building reports or dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
• experience with web or marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform reporting, Semrush, etc.)
• solid grasp of core marketing metrics, such as conversion rates, funnel stages, and campaign ROI
• strong attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work
• clear written and verbal communication, including explaining findings to non-technical audiences
