Requirements
- Managing and growing an active partner portfolio of ~70 real estate clients
- Sourcing and generating new business leads across multiple channels
- Building strong, commercial partnerships aligned with business strategy
- Providing exceptional service and support to your partners, becoming a trusted advisor
- Gathering market insights and feeding them back to shape future product and service improvements
- Delivering results in a largely autonomous, on the road role, with regular travel across Melbourne Bayside, Werribee & Geelong
- Collaborating with internal teams — from Partner Support to our broader BDM network — to drive consistent success
