Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby
- Proficient in LinkedIn tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiar with other sourcing platforms and talent engagement strategies
- Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, and employee services
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
