GTM Program Governance Lead

Role Overview

Leads governance operations, execution visibility, risk management, and program intelligence activities across the GTM Systems & Engineering portfolio.

What You Will Do

Manage governance processes, maintain integrated backlogs, develop executive reporting, and operate the centralized program management and knowledge management framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in program management, governance, PMO leadership, transformation management, business operations, or operational excellence
• Proven experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, interdependent workstreams, and executive oversight
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience developing executive reporting, governance frameworks, dashboards, risk management processes, and performance tracking
• Experience facilitating governance reviews, leadership meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive decision-making processes
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution discipline, accountability, issue resolution, and organizational alignment
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation, strategic initiatives, or large-scale business change programs within matrixed organizations
• Strong communication, planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
