We are seeking a motivated Area Sales Manager to join our protective coatings business based in Mackay. To drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. You’ll manage a mix of direct and indirect accounts, identifying new business opportunities and influencing key decision-makers in the coatings industry.
Requirements
- Sales experience in the Paint or Coatings industry (Marine/Protective preferred)
- Strong relationship-building, sales, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and educate on product applications
- NACE CIP Level 2 or FROSIO certification (desirable)
- Knowledge of steel preparation and coating application is a plus
