Business Development Manager, Production Build Yacht

Business Development Manager for Production Build Yacht, responsible for developing and executing the OEM / Production Build boat segment globally, focusing on North America. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing existing and developing new customers, and ensuring execution of agreed sales and profitability targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business management, economics, or chemistry or related field
• 5 plus years of work experience in commercial roles such as sale or key account management in B2B environment
• Experience working with OEMs strongly preferred
• Ability to travel internationally and excel in multi-cultural environments
