Role Overview

The Growth Coordinator supports the core operations of our hydroponic and outdoor growing systems, performing essential tasks such as planting, harvesting, and general maintenance. This position helps maintain functional, clean, and welcoming growing spaces that support Seeds operations and activities.

What You Will Do

Coordinate daily hydroponic greenhouse, and outdoor growing operations, including plant care, crop planning, harvesting, systems maintenance. Provide daily directions, training, and support to Operations Associates and Apprentices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in coordinating and leading groups
  • Strong background in horticulture, greenhouse operations, or sustainable agriculture
  • Experience supervising staff or youth in a work-based or educational setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Adaptability to work in a changing environment with diverse populations
