Role Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst II to join our Private Debt & Loan Operations team, supporting a CAD $10B private investment portfolio. The role involves transaction processing, cash management, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and operational oversight.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include processing capital calls, distributions, invoices, and related transactions, supporting investment closings, investigating and resolving data and transaction issues, and maintaining cash forecasts.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance, a solid understanding of investment asset classes, and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance field
  • Working towards completion of a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) designation
  • 3+ years’ experience in a professional setting
  • Solid understanding of investment asset classes
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel functions
