Role Overview
As a Customer Operations Representative, you will handle customer orders, ensure compliance, and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams. You will also analyze and resolve customer issues promptly and manage customer complaints proactively.
What You Will Do
Handle standard and high-value customer orders, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, oversee complex return cases, and analyze and resolve customer issues.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will bring professional experience in Customer Operations, fluency in English and Italian, and experience in a corporate environment. You will also have knowledge of SAP or Sales Force and Excel skills.
Requirements
- Professional experience in Customer Operations
- English + fluent ITALIAN
- Experience in corporate environment, preferably in Shared Service or GBS
- Knowledge of SAP or Sales Force, Excel skills
