Senior Associate Sales Operations/ CPFR, Vision Care – OTC

Role Overview

As a Senior Associate, Sales Operations supporting CPFR, Vision Care/OTC, you will be trusted to work on executing CPFR processes across key customer channels including eCommerce, Mass Retail, Drug, and Wholesale in Fort Worth, TX. This role serves as a critical link between Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Distribution, and Commercial teams to ensure forecast accuracy, product availability, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

A typical day will include CPFR Execution & Customer Collaboration, Order & Data Management, Customer Service Performance & Reporting, Transportation & Supply Chain Analytics, Product Innovation & Commercial Support, and Sales Operations Support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
