Business Development for El Salvador

Role Overview

Join Aldesa and grow with us! As a business development professional, you will collaborate with our team to design and execute the business development plan for the energy sector in Mexico, identifying opportunities in generation and networks.

What You Will Do

Lead the preparation of technical and economic proposals for EPC projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, act as a high-level representative before clients and regulatory bodies, negotiate complex contracts, and identify and manage collaboration agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Energy or Civil)
• Minimum 10-12 years in Business Development or Commercial Management positions within the energy sector
• Proven track record of EPC contracts awarded in Mexico
• Financial analytical capacity to evaluate business models
• High level of interlocution, aggressive but ethical commercial vision, and resilience to navigate changing regulatory environments
